How to prepare meat kabsa
To prepare the rice:
Wash the meat, then put it in a bowl and then boil it, but the sigh comes out, we get rid of the water, wash the meat and drain. Pour the kabsa with meat on a serving plate, decorate as desired, and serve alongside a plate of vegetable salad or a salad of milk, cucumber, two health and a thousand here.
